Dear Community Member:

The Pride of Heritage Marching Band will be hosting a live music concert Saturday, May 13, 2006.  "BANDAID06," an all-age show from 12: p.m. to 12 a.m., will host musical groups from around the state with a wide range of musical sounds.  We expect an attendance of over 3,000 people throughout the course of the day.  During setup and tear down between each group, we will be hosting an auction consisting of many celebrity items along with items that we are soliciting from local community members.  We are in the process of arranging air-time for announcements, broadcasting, and advertisements through radio stations FM 94.1, FM 105.1, and FM 102.3.  Your business may be mentioned on the radio as well during the day!  What a great way to advertise not only your business, but also your sponsorship of this event and the Heritage Band program.  you can also have one of your posters, banners, or signs hung in the performance area for only $50.00.  This would be over twelve hours of advertising.

All of this event's profit will be toward funding the marching band's new uniforms.  The uniforms will cost our program nearly $40,000.  We have already raised $15,000 towards this goal.  By asking for assistance from businesses around our community, in addition to initiating several smaller fund raisers throughout the year, we are hoping that by working together we can reach our goal without financially draining our small, rural community.

We would appreciate any donation to help us meet our goal.  All donations are tax-deductible.  In addition if your donation is over $500, the name of your business would be printed on the trailer that travels across the state to all competitions.  Once your donation item has been received, we will send you documentation verifying your tax-deductible donation to our organization.  The profits from your donation will be applied directly to the uniform fund.
